Sign of the Times is the first virtual business Practice Firm in North America dedicated to assisting persons with disabilities.
Practice Firms bridge the gap that educated and qualified people face when they lack the work experience or confidence as a result of a disability barrier or acquired disabilities.

Participants at Sign of the Times sell and purchase products throughout a global network of Practice Firms where no transfer of products, services or monies actually takes place. Through this virtual approach, the participants gain some valuable work experience and the self-confidence needed to find employment or to re-enter the job market.

Practice Firms buy and sell to each other and transfer money to and from virtual bank accounts, and participants are encouraged to test their online purchasing skills.

The site is used for educational and experiential purposes only. It is not a secure e-banking or e-commerce site. No actual money is used on this site.
